Facilities Usage Agreement

All individuals or organizations requesting use of church facilities must complete and submit the Facilities Usage Agreement (available for download below.)  Paper copies are also available at the church.  Organizations using facilities for long-term recurring events must file a new completed agreement annually in September.

Safe Sanctuaries Policy

As required by the Facilities Usage Agreement, if any of the User's activities at Grays UMC will place children or youth under age 18 in the care of persons other than their own parents or guardians, the User must either: (a) comply with Grays UMC's Safe Sanctuaries Policy for the prevention of child abuse (available below), or (b) supply a copy of its own child abuse prevention policy which is substantially similar in practice and effect to Grays UMC's Safe Sanctuaries Policy and certify compliance by signing the Facilities Usage Agreement.
